During the meeting, it was decided to raise Lahore’s percentage of green space from seven to twenty percent. It was also authorised to begin divisional, district, and municipal preparations for the Lahore Master Plan.
Projects in the Central Business District, he claimed, will also be included by the Master Plan.
For the fiscal year 2022–2023, financial assistance for the Area Development Programme was authorised. Improvements were made to the service structures of the leaders of the LDA’s finance, revenue, and recovery wings. Rules and regulations were established for the appointment and development of the IT cadre. An out-of-court settlement with Dr. Iftikhar and other owners was organized.
