FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has decided to provide citizens with smart cards after accelerating the digitalization of records for the city’s residential and commercial areas. (Reported by news source)
Abid Hussain Bhatti, Director General (DG) FDA, made the announcement during a meeting.
According to the facts, the DG evaluated the digitization process and gave the necessary officials orders to speed up the process so that it could be completed on schedule.
Additionally, the concerned agency was told to make sure the record was digitalized in a transparent manner.
It was discovered that the FDA governed 17 commercial markets and 18 residential colonies. Property owners in FDA-controlled areas will receive smart cards once all records are properly computerized.
