In the Sargodha district, approval was issued for the construction and repair of a 7-kilometer road that connects the villages of Mian Da Bana and Kals Sharif via Chak Sada. The project’s estimated cost was Rs164.9 million.
Six plans for the construction and repair of roads were authorised at a subsequent meeting of the Divisional Sugar Cess Committee in order to facilitate the movement of sugarcane from farms to mills.
There were also two road development programmes in NA-97 and one each in PP-89, 90, 91, and 92.
The commissioner assured the audience that the calibre and pace of development initiatives will not be compromised.
She gave the officers involved the order to make use of all resources available to guarantee that development projects are completed within the allotted time frame.
