The project will be close to the M-1 and M-2 motorways and will provide NHA personnel with simple instalment housing options at moderate prices.
According to the specifics, the project’s foundation will be laid this month. The flats will include a variety of amenities and be constructed on 121 kanals of NHA property.
The minister also mandated the building of two extra loops at the M-1 and M-2 interchanges in order to enhance access to the Lahore, Peshawar, and Islamabad airports in addition to the residential development.
In order to address Pakistan’s lack of affordable housing, the federal government launched a housing plan in 2019 that aimed to construct five million homes across the nation over the course of five years.
