On 152 kanals of land next to the IT tower on Ferozpur Road, the CM approved construction projects. There will be construction of a hospital on 59 kanals, an IT tower on 24 kanals, and four commercial structures.
In addition to approving revisions to the LDA Land Use Regulation, 2020 and the construction and zoning regulations, it was decided to establish a committee and subcommittee to handle LDA affairs.
The Dubbanpura exit road’s enlargement and construction were both given approval in principle, and the LDA Avenue I residents’ exchange policy was also accepted.
The 2019 modifications to the LDA Properties’ Lease Regulation were adopted along with the working document for the allotment of plots in Mustafa Town in accordance with court rulings.
Both the building and expansion of the LDA City link road from Ferozepur Road to Kahna Kacha as well as the extension of the lease for the Fatima Memorial Hospital were approved.
