During a high-level discussion on Pakistanis living abroad investing in the property market in Islamabad, the prime minister said reputable, seasoned companies should be hired to develop homes for the foreigners.
The top officials of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) gave the prime minister a briefing on the likelihood that Pakistanis living abroad will invest in the housing market.
The prime minister also gave instructions for the CDA’s projects that could potentially draw investment to be properly marketed.
Shehbaz Sharif urged projects to be finished ahead of schedule and declared that the administration will not compromise on the standard of development in the federal capital.
